Am I wrong to assume you'll be taking public transportation? Anyway, from downtown Boston, take the red line T towards Harvard/Alewife and get off at Central Square. Once you come out of the train station in Central Square, you'll want to walk East, but it's probably easier just to ask someone. Most people should know where the Middle East is.
