Who insulted the little duck-billed, egg-laying creatures? I just hinted that they were the product of a deranged imagination. Still, it does pique my curiosity; where does your affinity for them come from? You don't have webbed toes, do you? Spend a lot of time in the water? And how did cockroaches make an appearance? Starving to death because you've been decapitated isn't nearly as strange as (plug your ears, noelle) screwing to death because your mate decided that your head would make a good post-coital snack. I guess it would sort of take your mind off of things, though. All things considered, insects are a pretty wierd bunch.
Maybe GOD does know, but wants us to discover our own truths for ourselves. Maybe we make the world anew each day with our thoughts; and that's why ideas and people age and wither... they're just getting out of the way to make room for the new (not necessarily better) ones. Maybe I should start thinking about sleep.
I'm pretty sure I gave Adam a pear... yeah... he had a pear, Idun had the apples... I think I kept the pomegranates for myself... love those little red pips. Of course it doesn't really matter what he ate, it was the act of taking it... knowledge... gets 'em every time!
