My father, Kent, has a rather unknown illness called spastic torticollis or dystoni. This illness makes it hard to move the head, because wrong nervesignals to the neckmuscle forces the head to turn left. The muscle is very strong and it is very tiresome to keep the head straight.

On this picture he is trying to relax his neckmuscles with this strange arrangement. It doesn't look too good, but it is supposed to help a little.

My father is 53 years old and lives in Vastervik on the east coast of Sweden. He got this problem some years ago. Do anyone know any good treatment or medicin to help him out? If you do, write an E-mail to him. Also write if you have the same problem or know someone else who has.
