Speaking of which, does anyone have this on videotape, perchance? I'd
love to see it.
And wasn't "Carolyn's Fingers" one of the songs that they did? I
remember reading a post from someone that saw the show, probably on the
UK-Indie list.

Hey, you've got every right to be hostile. This trend towards multiple
and limited edition releases is bullshit; we know it, the labels know it,
and they *know* we know it. SO what are we going to do about it? As
long as people continue to pay, they'll continue to exploit us. It's not
like 4AD is above such tactics anymore. Fuckers...(and I even hate
Belly!)

Hi
I saw a posting that mentioned a MBV list. What is the subscription details
for that list?
Thanks...
BTW, Great news about St Etienne not splitting up. Is the project that Bob
and Pete are working on with the three vocalists called Golden. They have two
songles out on Bob's Icerink label.
Cheers

does the original version of The Dirt Eaters ep have any songs that
Home is in Your Head? because i got HIIYH domestic so i wouldn't have
to buy "the dirt eaters" aswell.

i'm not sure about Livonia but i know you can still get the US version
of HIIYH... i think you can even get it from Darkwave, if you get their
full catolog.... i'm not sure though, because i found mine used.
-robert.
PS- anyone else get the full
darkwave catalog... they carry
alot of 4AD, plus some really good
shoegazer, indie, ethereal and tech./ambient
stuff.

God forbid someone else should have the last word...

I think that what people find "offensive" is dragging out stupid
flame-wars, especially when the topic is not and never has been
list-related. Someone who didn't know Kelli made a dumb statement, was
attacked, and apologized. If you doubt the sincerity of his apology,
take it private.
Now I'll just kick back and wait for the inevitable "last word".
...and while I'm at it...

...and what a cool, hip opinion it is! Actually, thanks for completely
missing the point. I don't give a flying one how long Verve has been
around, or how cool it is to like jazz. The point is (your attention,
The Verve's albums as Verve label releases (especially when they're
usually found in a completely different part of the store), then they
(Verve, the label) must think their fans are idiots (end of point).

Just thought I would pass this along. I have received word that
this page is up and running and out of Beta Test by Ulisse.
Finally, someone put together a Trees page. Nice too.
If And Also The Trees does not interest you (though they should),
you may quit reading now.

I was at the show also, don't remember what came after BYG. Enjoyed
the show very much, nice to see the place as crowded as it was.
Had a question of my own. Immediately after the show when the lights came
back on, what was the music that was playing?
Anyone else there?

Patrick,
Thanks for your reply concerning my 4AD US promos list. The promos you
listed are true 4AD, but will feature in the second list, containing those
4AD acts that are or were not part of 4AD's deal with Warners.
Regards,
Frank
